9am – 12pm (grades 3 – 5) and 12:30 – 3:30pm (grades 4 – 7)
Students will have lots of time to build their skills with many choices for sewing by hand and on the machine.

Sew Easy!
Kids will have a blast learning the art of sewing — both by hand and with a sewing machine! In this fun, creative workshop, young makers will design and create cool projects like plushies, tote bags, and scrunchies. Along the way, they’ll build skills in problem-solving, patience, and creativity while learning how fabric, thread, and imagination come together to make something amazing. Perfect for beginners or kids with some sewing experience!
Homeschool Sewing
Students learn valuable sewing skills with lots of choices for sewing by hand and on the machine. Use felt to sew by hand with embroidery stitches to make colorful animals and fun shapes decorated with buttons. Learn how a machine works and then create projects like small pillows, bags, stuffed animals and more. [Coming Soon at Artsplace in Cheshire, CT]
